Purpose

Container water purification station KSW's purpose is water treatment – both contaminated and polluted surface and underground water in field conditions for human consumption. KSW can continuously support processes listed below:
• removal of natural pollution from crude water;
• treatment of water contaminated by biological or chemical agents;
• treatment of water contaminated by radioactive agents.

The water purification station KSW is delivered in the following types:
KSW-6 – capacity 6 m3 /h
KSW-8 – capacity 8 m3/h
KSW-12 - capacity 12 m3/h
KSW-20 - capacity 20 m3/h

• The station's environment working temperature range is from -30°C to 50°C;
• Temperature of crude water from 1°C to 40°C;
• Time to first drinking water in summer season approx. 60 minutes;
• Treatment technology – constant work;
• Purification technology based on active carbon;
• Weight with equipment /varies between types/ - 6000 – 1500 kg;
• Max working pressure in hydraulics – up to 0,5 MPa.

• ISO connectors – 8 pcs PN-ISO 1161 compatible;
• doors – 2 pcs 900x2000mm;
• power cord 230÷380 V;
• thermal insulation – mineral wool 80mm thick and white PVC panel;
• external side walls: trapezoidal steel sheet profile R36 – 4 mm thick;
• celling frame: RD Profile – 20 and black sheet 3 mm thick;
• floor: sheet 1,5 mm made of aluminum + 27 mm waterproof plywood + mineral wool insulation
• Stainless protection: bituminous paint 100μ

Painting:
• 2 x a primer coat – 80 microns;
• 2 x inside surface – 80 microns;
• 3 x outside surface – 120 microns;
